Limitations and alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility of Practique, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations, and potential solutions. Please contact us if you observe an issue not listed below.

Known limitations for Practique:

  1. Page structure: Some of the pages in Practique are failing the “Success Criterion 2.4.6 - Headings and Labels.” We are aiming to constantly review heading and headings structure to communicate the organization of the content on the pages.
  2. Keyboard navigation: While most of Practique is usable with just a keyboard, some parts are still under development and we aim to fix these issues as part of our regular development processes. Development sprints have accessibility testing periods built in.
  3. Forms: Practique relies on forms, some of which are failing the “Success Criterion 2.4.6 - Headings and Labels.” We are aiming to constantly review form and form elements usage throughout Practique to provide labels to identify all form controls, including text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, and drop-down menus.
  4. Third–party websites: Practique may link to, or interface with, third-party websites that we do not control. These third-party vendors may not have undertaken the same efforts that we have in order to comply with WCAG-2.1 AA standards.
